How Much Does Shipping Cost?
We keep our shipping plain and simple. All orders ship free within the contiguous United States. The shipping time is 2-7 days.
How Long Does it Take for an Order to Arrive?
Orders take up to 1 business day to process after placing the order before shipping out. Our warehouse shipping business hours are Monday through Friday 8 AM to 5 PM CST. The shipping cut-off time is 1 PM CST.
Can I Cancel My Order?
Depending on the status of your order, we can cancel it. If your order has not shipped yet, we will be able to cancel it. Please contact us immediately and we will do our best to stop the order from shipping.
How Do I Track My Order?
As soon as your order ships, you will receive an email providing you with a tracking number. You can also track your order by visiting our order tracking page. If you haven't received one or if the tracking number doesn't work, please contact us and we will gladly assist.
Do You Ship Internationally?
No, we don’t currently offer any international shipping but stay tuned as we plan to in the future.
Guaranteed Delivery Times
GOAT Directive does not guarantee delivery times and cannot refund shipping charges/fees when late delivery results from events beyond our control. These reasons include delays from the unavailability of the recipient, acts of God, acts of public authority, riots, strikes, labor disputes, civil commotions, disruptions in air or ground transportation networks due to weather phenomena or natural disasters, or in the event that an ordered product is out of stock or has limited availability.
Undeliverable or Refused Shipping Terms
Packages will be returned to us by the carrier if they cannot be delivered due to incomplete or incorrect addresses, if they are not picked up from the freight carrier, or if the recipient refuses delivery. All packages returned to us for the above reasons can take up to 1 week to be sorted and processed.
Carbon Neutral Shipping
To take our efforts even further, each GOAT Directive shipment is delivered using carbon-neutral delivery methods. What this means is that for each order that ships out from GOAT Directive, we request that our shipping provider offset the carbon emissions resulting from the shipment. This is usually done by investing in environmental preservation efforts and eco-friendly processes. Carbon-neutral deliveries are one of the newest initiatives by shipping companies to help offset the negative effects of shipping processes.
